Deadlines and timeline from application to analytics report

* Please complete the process from application to receipt of application (our work) to submission by 5 business days before 5:00 p.m.

Submission timeline

1After accepting your application, we will send you information regarding the submission format.
2Prepare the following and send it to the email address listed in the submission format:
  • Submission format (Please include necessary information such as file name, text, advertiser name, URL, etc.).
  • Submission materials (static images, videos, etc., depending on the advertising option)
3After confirming that each submission meets our requirements, your creative and LP will be reviewed. If there are no problems, you will be sent a receipt e-mail to notify you that your submission has been accepted.

*If the size or properties do not meet our requirements, or a problem is discovered during review, your submission will be sent back for correction. Make the necessary corrections and return it as quickly as possible.

If your destination URL is not publicly accessible

Precautions to take before submission

  • You will be sent the latest submission format for your selected option when your application is accepted, so please use the latest format even if you have used a different one previously.
  • The deadline for submission differs depending on the selected option, so please refer to the submission format and media guide before submission.
  • We will not be able to accept submissions if formats and materials are sent in separate e-mails. Please send us all of the required materials in one email.
  • Changes cannot be made to creatives after submission. Since you will not be able to preview your ad before publication, please carefully review the requirements beforehand.
  • Please make sure the official name of the advertiser is noted on your campaign page or individual LP (landing page). The advertiser's official name, location, and contact information are required.
