MOAT
*Oracle plans to terminate its MOAT products (EOL) and support on September 30, 2024.
Whether or not SmartNews Ads can be measured using MOAT will depend on the end of support from Oracle.

*If you are a client using MOAT for the first time, please apply before the deadline, as it takes time to set up.

Configuration
For Premium Ads
1When applying, please indicate in the remarks column that you wish to use DoubleVerify before applying. You will need the project management ID that is included in the application confirmation email. Please be sure to apply in advance. For the ID, please refer to Confirming the Premium Ads Item Management ID.
2 The agency/advertiser should request DoubleVerify to issue a measurement tag.
It is necessary to include the tag when requesting authorization from SmartNews.
3SmartNews will configure the authorization settings for the DoubleVerify tag.
Please apply from the DoubleVerify Authorization Request Form.
4We will contact you after granting authorization.
5Proceed with normal ad submission operations.
* Only one tag can be requested. Please note that authorization for multiple tags cannot be granted.

Imp measurement and Viewability measurement tools can be used independently (DoubleVerify and DAR (Digital Ad Ratings), etc.).
