You can check your daily/hourly report for a specified time frame for the target account by accessing Ad Settings > Performance Report at the top of the TOP page.

Retrievable data

  • Impressions (imp)
  • Viewable Impressions (vimp)
  • Number of clicks
  • CPC
  • CPMs
  • Amount spent
  • CTR
  • VCTR
  • CVs (Number of conversions)
  • CVR
  • CPAs

* Performance reports cannot be obtained if the specified time frame is over 3 months in length or older than 3 years. If an error occurs, please shorten the time frame.

*Reports can be downloaded at the granularity of ad account.

How to display reports

You can view a report for each creative by pressing [クリエイティブ表示](Display Creative) and [再表示](Redisplay) in 表示条件 (display conditions).

Also, by pressing [メディア表示](Display Media) and[再表示](Redisplay), you can view reports for each delivery page and OS.

By pressing (CSV download) or [時間帯別 csv download](CSV download by time zone) on the right side of the screen, you can extract the report in CSV format.

*You can also check various figures for archived campaigns.

Frequency of report figure updates

After the performance report is delivered, the figures will be updated in a maximum of 15 minutes.

  • If you are using SKAdNetwork, please note that the SKAdNetwork conversion (CV) value will be 0 when you select 3 months or more.
  • Similarly, when using the API (Application Programming Interface), specifying a period of 3 years or more or 3 months or more will result in an error.
