Campaign configuration

When setting the audience and campaign budget and entering the campaign information, enable carousel ads (Story Creative) as shown below to support carousel ad format.

*It is necessary to set up a separate campaign for normal static image and video formats.

How to submit a creative (normal submission / CSV submission)

The following are the creative submission settings for a single item. If you wish to submit multiple creatives at once, please use CSV submission as well. For CSV submission method, please refer to CSV submission procedure (carousel submission).

Please follow the on-screen instructions and check the submission regulations before uploading your creative.
When setting up creatives, the setting items are different for Web Conversion and App creatives.

If the conversion or reach measurement tools are set, the following submission page will appear.

Notes

  • Please note that the carousel ad format usually has a different character limit for text than the static image format.
    creative text (long text): minimum 10 characters, maximum 35 characters
    creative title (short text): minimum 5 characters, maximum 25 characters
  • The guaranteed display area is 100% for the carousel ad format.
