If the advertiser's company name has changed, it is necessary to rename the ad account.
Smart News will change the information, so please send us the following information.
If you have a sales representative, please send it to our sales office.
- Advertiser name
- Scheduled date of change
- Official documentation about the name change (information published by the advertiser, such as a press release or letter)
- List of ad accounts to be renamed

When the product name or client name is changed
Procedures for changing product names, and client names
If you would like to change your advertising account name for reasons such as changing the name of a product or service, please include the reason for the change and the new name of your advertising account in the e-mail issued for the advertising account.
Lead time for the changes to take effect
In principle, we will complete the process within three business days of your request (please note that it may take a little longer depending on the number of relevant ad accounts).
※App（アプリ）等の事前登録→配信後リリースのために広告アカウントの名称を変更する必要がある場合は、通常通り広告アカウント発行申請フォームからご依頼ください。その際に備考欄に事前登録からリリースとなった旨を備考欄に記載をお願いします。
