To create a new audience, you can extract and upload the App user's IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or AAID (Google Advertising ID) from the SDK (Software Development Kit). This function can be used to distribute/exclude advertisements, etc.
Use this feature if you cannot set up real-time postbacks to the Ads Manager.

The description "madid" is required as a header. Please refer to the sample format.
A single file can be uploaded regardless of whether the IDs are IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or AAID (Google Advertising ID).
Due to technical limitations, ads may be served to IDs not included in the list. Also, hashed IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers)/AAID (Google Advertising ID) are not supported.

1Select Audience Settings.
2Select [モバイル広告IDリストアップロード] (Upload Mobile Ad List) from [新規オーディエンス作成] (Create New Audience).
3Select and upload the file with extracted IDs (details to follow).
4Enter an admin name. You can also enter an optional description.
5Click [この内容で作成] (Create audience using this information).
6Set the created audience to the campaign.
*Once the audience data status has been created, it can be set on the campaign creation screen.
Adding Existing User ID List
Because mobile audiences cannot be overwritten, please merge the newly uploaded audience with the original audience.
If the newly uploaded audience and the originally uploaded audience contain the same ID, only one of those IDs will respond.
Upload File Details
File format
csv. or txt. format (If you cannot upload in csv. format, try uploading in txt. format.)
File Size
5KB or more and less than 100MB
*Files larger than 5KB or larger than 100MB cannot be uploaded.
Uploaded Content
Upload Header + ID (an error will triger if you are missing the madid heading in the first line)
If you are having issues uploading your file, please trying the following.
- Update your browser version.
- If your browser is up to date, restart your browser.
- There may be cases where the file cannot be uploaded in a given environment (Mac, Windows, etc.). If this is the case, please change your environment and try uploading the file again.
