About MMP linkage

Targeted distribution can be performed by sending postbacks of your app events to SmartNews via MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner).

We support the following MMPs:

• Adjust
• Appsflyer

To use this feature, it may be necessary to configure settings on the MMP admin console as well. Please contact each MMP company for details about the MMP admin console settings.

At least 50 app events must have occurred during the set period, if 50 events have not occurred, the period cannot be selected.

Postback

In order to use the postback method, advertisers need to configure settings to postback in-app events.

The method of event postback depends on the SDK (Software Development Kit) you are using.

Configuration

1Click [オーディエンス設定] (Audience settings)

2[新規オーディエンス定義作成] (Define a new audience)Click

3[ユーザー定義オーディエンス作成] (Create a new user defined audience)​ ​​​Click

4Select [アプリ] (App) from the TYPE pull-down.

5Select the App Store ID from the object pulldown.

6Select any event from the event pull-down.

7Specify connection requirements, data history period, name, and description

*Name is for the user's own management purposes and will not be used for distribution.
*Description is optional.

8Click [この内容で作成] (Create using these settings)

9Set the created audience to the campaign.

*Once the audience data status has been created, it can be set on the campaign creation screen.

Notes

• Due to data linkage with SDK (Software Development Kit), a campaign with a track record of ad delivery is required.
• If it does not appear even after configuring the postback settings, please check whether the advertisement is being delivered.
